Center for Community Action administers several owner-occupied housing rehabilitation programs in Bedford and Fulton Counties. These programs serve to eliminate threats to health and safety by bringing the rehabilitated homes up to Section 8 standards established by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.
This program does not assist to remodel your home, but to make it a safe home.
