First Energy customers may be eligible to receive free home energy audits and weatherization assistance to help lower their energy bills.
Customers participating in the Warm Program receive an in-home energy usage evaluation, work with a trained energy educator to create an energy savings plan, and have the opportunity to receive energy saving home improvements installed in the home. These improvements may include attic and/or wall insulation, energy saving light bulbs, electric water heater inspection, and refrigerator/freezer testing and possible replacement.
